One day, Deborah’s grandmother took her grandfather’s medicine by mistake. Her name was Helen. His was Herman. Same initial – H Adler – and the pill bottles looked alike.

This incident resulted in the ClearRx System for Target. From the color coded rings to identify each family member to the intuitive and easy-to-read label, ClearRx is designed for people who take prescription medication.

First Aid Beauty Packaging

We have been working with First Aid Beauty since its inception in 2008. FAB founder Lilli Gordon enlisted us to develop an identity and brand packaging for her line of effective skincare essentials.

Working closely with her team on packaging, merchandising, web and print ever since, we have watched her brand grow for four blockbuster years at Sephora.

Our goal was to couple clear and important information with the brand’s “rescue and preserve” spirit. We created an iconic system buoyed by a life preserver logo.

Ten years ago we had the privilege of creating the original branding for Lauren Merkin and are thrilled to witness the elegant evolution of the product line over the years.

Today we have updated Lauren Merkin’s identity system including logo, collateral materials and gift packaging. In addition, we have art directed lifestyle and product photography to fully reflect the rich quality of her products. This photography now lives on all of her brochures, the website and email materials.

Medline.com

Deborah Adler

Medline tasked us in helping them strengthen their online presence, which included a complete redesign of their primary website and several micro sites. Through user interface and ux design we have created one cohesive e-commerce experience that integrates the core values at the heart of Medline’s DNA.

Due to the different customer segments and the large number of products offered by Medline, we have created a filtering system as a short cut to personalize the shopping experience. We simplified the navigation and provided only 6 possible outlets from which one can dive deeper into an area of interest. View site.

Opensky.com is a social shopping website whose unique products are curated by celebrities. In collaboration with the OpenSky team, Adler Design was tasked with a redesign of the website experience, which included a new set of features such as a social news feed, sale calendar and rewards program. For first time users we created an onboarding process through a personalized quiz–by taking the quiz customers only see items they are interested in.

In addition to the website design, we created a series of marketing components such as animated banners, transactional, promotional and social emails.
