It’s never been more important for healthcare systems to provide the best experience for patients, families and their care team. Through research in the gemba, we discovered key factors in promoting a positive patient experience; quietness of environment, overall cleanliness and patient/care team interaction. We created a series of simple, customizable CarePacs (QuietPac, ComfortPac and WellnessPac) to both enhance and target these key aspects of the patient experience, as well as strengthen brand equity.
